Work At Camp
Application Checklist
Be at least 17+
Relate well with all ages.
Have a love for children, youth and Jesus.
Be willing to complete all background check requirements before beginning employment.
(This is not required until you are hired to work at camp)
Employment Dates
June 21 - July 5, 2026
Staff training will start at the Montana Conference Office before moving to Camp Paxson. Participation is required for all new and returning staff.
Complete an Application
You will need three references for your application. These references can be your: Dean, Pastor, Teacher, Work Supervisor, or other non-related adult. Please share a link to the recommendation form with your references.
